If the temperature increases beyond its boiling point, the brake fluid will vaporize into gas, reducing its ability to transmit hydraulic pressure and reducing braking capacity. The wet boiling point is what it’s expected to be after some moisture contamination in real conditions. The dry boiling point is always higher as it represents the boiling point of new brake fluid.
